Ok, let’s talk about DiGize Essential Oil.
DiGize EO consists of Tarragon, Ginger, Peppermint, Juniper, Fennel, Anise, Patchouli, and Lemongrass. It is great for all tummy troubles… indigestion, heartburn, gas, bloating, stomach ache, etc. It also helps fight Candida as it kills and digests parasite infestation.
Applications: (taken from the Essential Oil Desk Reference)
* Dilute 1 part DiGize to 4 parts carrier oil.
* Massage or use as a compress on the stomach.
* Apply to Vita Flex points on feet and ankles for stomach and intestinal relief .
* For internal use, dilute as directed above and take 1 capsule before each meal or as desired.
Now- real life talk. My almost-two-year-old started screaming bloody murder out of the blue one day. I had no clue what was wrong until she started curling up a little bit so I assumed she was having tummy problems. I grabbed a roller and filled it with 3/4 carrier oil (I used grapeseed oil) and 1/4 DiGize**It really may have been less DiGize since she’s so young, but I can’t quite remember**. I rubbed the roller bottle in a clockwise motion around her belly button and gently massaged it in. Within 30 seconds, her crying was over and she was back to her normal self. I’m still not sure what the deal was that day, but it was definitely a major tummy issue and DiGize solved our problems!
While I don’t struggle terribly with heartburn or indigestion, I have heard of many people using DiGize in capsule form ( you can purchase empty vegetable capsules from YL or even Amazon!). Just put 1 drop of DiGize and 4 drops of carrier oil in your capsule and swallow! The bottle says take one daily, while the EODR says before each meal. You should speak with your healthcare professional before using just to know what is right for you personally!
