It’s called Serenity Now and I LOVE it. Drop all this in the bottle, let it “marinate” for 24 hours and then just add 4-6 drops of the oil into your diffuser. I LOVE this one!

We call this oil the poor man’s frankincense. If ya know, ya know Elemi is an oil we use a lot for skin. It’s in the same botanical category as Frankincense and Myrrh. It’s good for meditation, your skin (use this instead of Frank), immune support and so much more! Here is a favorite recipe of mine for skin. You can apply it as a moisturizer but we also use it for any skin issues on the kids as well! Even diaper rashes

15 drops Elemi
15 drops Lavender
10mL roller bottle Fill 1/2 way with carrier oil.
Use as often as needed.

I use this oil ALL the time! It’s in the diffuser blend I mentioned above by the way! But it is one I grab for immune support, dry skin, I use it for my girls’ hair in their detangler spray and we always put this on on our feet before and after swimming in a chlorine pool. I have included a great DIY face mask recipe that would be amazing for winter skin
DIY Face Mask
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon bentonite clay
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2-3 drops of Geranium
2-3 Tea Tree
Add enough water to make into a paste.
Apply to face and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
Use a warm wash cloth to gently remove.
