Pain. We all have it. I’m only 30 but sometimes my aches and pains make me feel much older.
One of my favorite recipes I have made with my oils is my Pain Cream. I use this blend almost daily. What I’m trying to say is that I’m obsessed with it! I love my pain cream so much that I make it in one of my larger jars and keep it handy, always. But, if you are wondering Where to locate the very best Pain Control Clinic in Greensboro for some serious and chronic pains, then the link will help you find your answer.
I’ve also made the same mixture in a roller bottle. It’s easy to carry with me and apply to areas where I don’t really want to rub the coconut oil all over. For instance, my temples when I have a headache. I don’t particularly want to have really oily hair while out in public. I swear, I took a shower today!
My favorite thing about my pain mixtures? You know, other than the fact that they get rid of my pain? CHEMICAL FREE! Good Bye over the counter creams!
A few of the things I use my pain mixtures for:
- Lower back pain
- Shoulder and neck tension
- Temples and above eyebrows for headaches
- Aching knees
- Sore ankles
- After workouts (hahaha I wrote that as if I actually work out!)
Recipes. You know you want them! I like to make my pain cream a little stronger than recommended. I mean, if I’m in pain… I want it gone.
MY pain cream recipe is:
