Do I love Valor or what?
It is pretty much one of my favorite oils out there.
Not only is it good for many, many, many things… it smells heavenly.
When it comes out is has a purple color to it and my kids love that.
What are some things that we use Valor for around here?
Anxiety, snoring, jaw pain, clenching jaw, sleep, courage, sore muscles, stiff muscles, keeping spine in alignment, and balancing emotions.
At the beginning of the school year, my six year old struggled with anxiety surrounding his presentation at school each week. We would rub a drop valor behind his ear and on his wrists before we left for school each week and he always was calm by the time Presentation time came around.
We diffuse this in our sleep combo (Valor, Cedarwood, Peace and Calming, and Lavender), it smells divine and it also totally and completely relaxes us. It is one of my favorite things to smell as we drift off to sleep.
I have applied this to my hubby’s toe to aid in snoring! Don’t ask me why it works. God is an amazing creator and He made each part of our body uniquely.
Just yesterday my hubby’s back was hurting and I took Valor (I put a roll top on mine) and rubbed it down his spine and across his neck. I also put Deep Relief across his low back and Copabia on top of each of those places as well. I asked him 10 minutes later how he felt and he said he felt completely better (coming from an original skeptic!!!)
On days that I feel overly stressed, anxious, or irritable I will rub this behind my ears and across my neck. It brings such a sense of relaxation to me.
I also struggle with clenching my jaw when I am stressed and I will rub this oil along my jaw line for relief and it keeps me from clenching.
