Summer Time Smoothie Recipe
1 c water
2 scoops Young Living Power Meal
1 c frozen strawberries
1 sliced up frozen banana
1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Honey or Agave Nectar to taste
1 drop Young Living Peppermint EO
Blend all together! Pour into a glass and enjoy!
