It’s the perfect blend to make your house smell festive and fun and combines the fall spicyness with the winter crispness and there’s some citrus in there too. 
A lot of us diffuse this ALL winter long.
Here’s my favorite diffuser combo using CS.
3 Drops Christmas Spirit
3 Drops Bergamot
4 Drops Thieves
Did you know…..Our sense of smell is closely tied to the limbic system, 
the part of our brains that processes emotions and memories. 
When we breathe in aromas that trigger happy memories from our past, it floods our bodies with feel good hormones that help us experience joy in the present as well.
Who doesn’t want feel good hormones?
Christmas Spirit is much more than a reminder of happy times. The oils in this blend actually are beneficial for us in several ways:
Orange oil is widely known as a “happy” oil. It is high in antioxidants and supports a healthy immune system for overall well-being.
Traditionally, cinnamon was thought to have a frequency that attracted wealth and abundance. 
It is so much more than that, though. It is also supportive to the immune system and overall well-being. 
It is easy to see how a blend that includes cinnamon bark oil, such as Christmas Spirit or Thieves, would be an excellent one to diffuse all year long! 
Spruce is supportive to the respiratory system and helps us feel emotionally balanced.
Ways to Use Christmas Spirit:
*Diffuse with a cold air diffuser
*Add several drops to a spray bottle water to freshen the air
*Inhale directly
*Apply over heart, on wrists, neck, or foot Vita Flex points
*Scent clothes in your dryer by putting 2 drops on your dryer balls or a wet cloth
*Add 2 drops to your paper vacuum cleaner bag to “diffuse” while cleaning
*Dilute with a carrier oil for a full body massage
Interesting fact…I hated the smell of Christmas Spirit at first, fast forward a few years and now it’s one of my favorites. Maybe it cause I need all those feel good hormones

2. Add a few drops to your bath water to de-stress. You’ll know which days I’m talking about when you get there.
3. Diffuse to help calm the atmosphere in your home. Wear on wrists, neck, or scarf to help you remain calm in difficult situations – all aromatherapy, my friends.
4. Rub a drop between your doggie’s ears to help calm in a thunderstorm or when the mailman has him all agitated. 
5. Place a drop on pillowcase for natural sleep aid.
6. Dilute with carrier oil and use as relaxing massage oil.
7. Rub on bottom of children’s feet to help settle and calm them before bed.
8. Add a few drops to very warm water for a soothing foot soak after a hard day.
9. Place two drops on a cotton ball and drop into vacuum filter for a fresh, lovely scent when vacuuming.
10. Massage onto reflex points on feet and back of neck for relaxation.

Myrrh
Most of us have heard of myrrh even before we heard of essential oils. Think about every Christmas play you’ve every watched. Think Three Wise Men following a riding on some 
“Gold Frankincense and … yep! Myrrh
The oil is now recognized for its beautifying properties and grounding aroma, and Myrrh essential oil is common in cosmetic and aromatic industries. Because of its earthy, sweet aroma and luxurious properties, Myrrh oil uses include skin care and aromatic applications. Its calming, complex aroma brings a deeper sense of spirituality to practices such as yoga and meditation, and its moisturizing and cleansing properties have made it popular in high-end skin care and beauty products.
Ways to use Myrrh
* Use in your skin care products to experience its rich fragrance and moisturizing properties.
* Include a few drops in a steamy bath to enjoy its relaxing aroma.
* Diffuse throughout your home for unique and calming aroma.
* Add a few drops to your shampoo or scalp treatment to enjoy the oil’s moisturizing benefits
This is one of my favorite recipes to use Myrrh in .
Angel Tears Serum- a recipe by Melissa Poepping. Used to massage your face after washing your face.
3 drops of Frankincense
2 drops of Myrrh
1 drop of Rose
jojoba oil or carrier of choice in 15 ml dropper bottle
Here’s a tip about Myrrh: It likes to harden and crystalize when exposed to the air. So when you first open it, use some carrier oil to apply a little around the threads of the bottle and lid. Make sure you do a lot. It won’t stick that way.
Because this oil is so thick, I wouldn’t suggest diffusing it alone because it would clog the diffuser.

And finally, let me tell you what this oil is used for and a couple ways to use it. Egyptian Gold has an exotic aroma that is stabilizing yet uplifting. It has been known to release negativity; inspire devotion and reverence; and supporting the immune system. It’s a big one for that. And is often used in meditation. You can drop a drop on the crown of your head before you get started. It helps with the spiritual connection.
Here is super easy nose swipe recipe that helps dry and chapped skin and can also be used to help boost the immune system during these months when we really need it! If you are newer to essential oils, go low and slow on the oils. Exodus ll is a hot oil and Egyptian Gold can be on the warm side as well.
2 Tbsp Rose Ointment
