Cedarwood is GREAT for helping you get some good sleep! Try applying this oil on your right big toe or in between your eye brows before bed.

Have pets that are adopted who could have come from a negative home? You can use this oil too help give them a feeling of being safe and warm. Diffusing this oil in an open area is a wonderful way for animals to experience this oil. You can also allow the animal to smell the bottle or make a spray with this oil as well.

Ready for a good night bath? Mix 1 cup Epsom salts with 4 drops Stress Away and 4 drops Lavender and 3 drops cedarwood. You’ll be ready to sleep restfully and take on the day!

Ylang Ylang is a POWERHOUSE emotional oil for me. I scanned for this oil nearly three years ago soon after my moms passing and I’ve been in love ever since. Ylang Ylang is now part of my daily routine, I put a drop over my heart morning and night. Sometime when I’m feeling anxious I’ll grab the bottle, then slowly inhale the sweet floral scent and I can immediately feel a calm come over me.

It’s also know as the oil of LOVE. Ylang Ylang balances male & female energies, combats anger & low self-esteem, can be used to battle stress , increases focus, and filters out negative energy.

Ylang Ylang’s power as an aphrodisiac has been long known! Geranium dates back centuries ago for healthy skin care. It originated in Egypt and India and is steam distilled from the flowers and leaves. You will find it in a number of Young Living products.

Here is a favorite DIY Makeup Setting recipe: 60ml water, 1/2 TBSP vegetable glycerin, 6 drops of geranium essential oil. Add all ingredients into a small glass spray bottle.

Lavender is considered the swiss army knife of essential oils! Not sure which oil to grab, start with this one! Its calming for all the things <3 and smells amazing in the diffuser.
