Inner Defense is a staple in our house. The minute anyone starts to feel under the weather we pull this out and start taking it 2-3 times a day for at least 2 days after we start to feel better.
I will say I prefer to take it with a little food in my stomach cause it can be kind of hard on your stomach.
I also take Life 9 eight hours later, on an empty stomach to replenish all the good bacteria.
With the current climate, I’m so excited to be getting a bottle for free when I spend 250PV. YAY!!
