Hi! I am Kaitlin, and I am sharing with y’all how to make EASY bath salts. I am making lavender bath salts. You can use any Young Living Essential Oil for this recipe.

Ingredients:

2 cups Epson Salt
2 tbsp baking soda
10-12 drops EO

MIX ALL TOGETHER! Store in a glass jar. If it is a clear jar, store in the cabinet or dark area.

Epsom Salt baths have wonderful health and relaxation benefits. Maganesium and sulfate are absorbed through the skin along with the essential oils of your choice that you add. Magnesium plays a number of roles in the body including regulating the activity of over 325 enzymes, reducing inflammation, helping muscle and nerve function and easing stress in the body. Sulfates help improve the absorption of nutrients, flush toxins and help ease migraine headaches.

See, I told you it was easy! You probably even have the ingredients at home. I make a batch of salts at least once a week because I love taking baths. I have also given these as teacher gifts, birthday presents and put a jar in a “get well” basket. It is an easy, cost-effective gift that people will appreciate! So far, I have used lavender and stress away (and a mix of the two). A lot of people use thieves, lemon, or purification if they are sick. Honestly, choose what oils for what you are needing at the time! Lastly, RELAX, enjoy, take a bath.
