Motivation stimulates feelings of action and accomplishment… I mean who wouldn’t want more of that?! 
It helps overcome feelings of fear or procrastination!
My favorite ways to use motivation is in the diffuser right next to me in whatever room I am trying to GET.CRAP.DONE! I also like to put a drop or two on the back of my neck/wrists/behind ears/bottom of big toe (your choice). Or a couple drops in my hands, rub together and then cup my hands over my nose and mouth and take several deep breaths!
This oil blend is made with Roman Chamomile, Black Spruce, Ylang Ylang and Lavender! It’s wonderful! And works like a charm!

With everything that has happened over the past year, I feel as if I have jumped on an emotional roller coaster ride and I’m hearing from other that I’m not in this boat alone 
So I couldn’t help but to smile and nod when I was researching the emotional side of this one! It seems to be perfect for both extremes!
When you feel powerless and just done with it all apply it above your belly button and when you reach the other side and are ready to “put up your dukes” try applying it to the bottom of your throat (just above the clavicle bone) and fingers crossed it simmers the situation
