Peppermint has a fresh, clean, energizing aroma.  It is a versatile oil that can be used to  support healthy digestion and sinus function.  It also promotes healthy intestinal function and enhances healthy gut function.  Peppermint is a great addition to your morning coffee or tea. Just add one or two before pouring for an energizing drink and refreshing start to your day. You can also cook with peppermint to replace peppermint candy or peppermint extract. Some favorite recipes from the Drops of Faith team are Peppermint Brownies and Peppermint Chocolate- Covered Pretzels.
